The philosophy of the project
The Capuchin convent is a 17th-century building founded by the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph,
whose mission was education.
In 2020, we took over the site following the relocation of the Capucines school
in order to create tourist accommodation there.
The project aims to offer affordable accommodation for people travelling (cycling, hiking,
pilgrimage) or in artist residency for a writing project.
